It was wayback in the year 2001 when moserbaer was in installation phase at its Greater noida Plant.Then we never knew that we will work here for the next 10 years.now its 2013.Ups and down are the part of life...we saw many...but stability of the organisation was so strong that even the Recession period passed as if nothing happened in the world.many Industries collapsed... lots of hue and cry on kingfisher issue....and we were busy in Plastics moulding machines and other related issues.

   TeamIMM was led by shri S.C.Juneja in the way back 2003...installation stage and stability phase...followed by Shri Ravinder Singh......Shri rajkumar singh...shri Sunit bhati..(Division of Team IMM -DVD and CDR)....by then we were Team IMM.

Team IMM converted took birth with the introduction of new leader our Boss- Shri Vineet Sharma in the year 2009.. shri vineet sharma....from Harayana INDIA led the team and successfully gave the result in the conversion process.resolving conflicts...support...motivation..training......a quality of our boss.Vineet sir is still there with us right from the birth of Team IMM converted.

  Now that we have utilised more than 10 years in Industry we feel that we have our responsibility towards the world too.We TeamIMM converted believes that Technology to some extent is responsible for the destruction of the environment... and now its high time that technocrats from all over the world should join to Save our Environment along with the development.....

Its too late friends ......ozone layer destruction...forests being cut down...and the very big example of ............"Gauraiya" the bird loved and seen by every one every where is missing in most of the towns.gauriya is dieing due to the mobile towers...yes Goverment had made plans and successfully implemented ...but it was too late.. Government of any country cannot do anything...citizens needs to be aware and We the Team IMM converted feels that since our Environment is affected by the Technology therefore its the responsibility of the Technocrats all over the world to pay back to Environment and make our Earth as lovable as ever

  Carbon fiber-reinforced polymer-CFRP..is frequently used for this purpose.Recently developed composite films called Polymer-Single Wall Carbon Nanotube Composites have desirable properties in addition to light weight for example radiation resistance, a key issue in long-term crewed spaceflight, resistance to atomic oxygen, which is valuable in low-Earth orbits such as that used by the International Space Station, and tear resistance, valuable because of the hazards of meteorite strike and space debris.
  When free of vinyl (PVC or polyvinyl chloride) and other halogenated polymers, CFRPs can be thermally decomposed via thermal depolymerization in an oxygen-free environment.
  To ensure BVID does not cause delamination resulting in structural failure,composite aircraft components are often designed with a factor of safety of 3 or more

Team IMM converted moserbaer ..........a group of  Plastics Engineers from different states of INDIA. a perfect example of an Industrial Team.....experienced in almost every plastics material and expertised in Polycarbonate.Every member of this Team is having experience in conventional moulding.The past experience of this Team has been in the high tonnage moulding machines.....it was way back between the Year 2001-2003 ...when Moserbaer India Limited was expanding with the introduction of a new Plant,  a  manufacturing facility in greater noida INDIA.

Written test followed by Interview and selected candidates were for the first time brought into the world of Robotics.We all were having experience in high tonnage Injection moulding machines ... manufacturing TV cabinates...automobile products.....Electronics parts...switch gears....before entering into the world of Polycarbonate, our members were bussy with materials such as ABS,PMMA,HIPS,GPPS,HDPE,LDPE, nylon, and other Engineering plastics .... masterbatches  etc..our members came from industries like...Mothersons, MINDA, Showpla,supreeme industries...vimal moulders..anchor ,prince Plastics,  TATA Plastics,Neelkamal plastics...Eveready Industries...calcom..,incotech,,.,,,and other reputated plastics Industries...

Here we got a perfect working atmosphere...and the company inspired our members to study further and continue our education along with our Job....and as a result most of our members who entered as an Engineer completed their their MBA -(Master of Bussiness Administration) from different recogonised Universities of INDIA.Also our members took courses in the field of plastics to get more specialised and remain updated with the rest of the world.

Mohammad Idrees @Team em ,With due respect to ur goodself and thanks for showing concern towards education of kashmiri students,indeed it is a good suggestion and should be welcomed.But tell me one thing why should u not opt to remain with mighty britain instead independent.

Team IMM converted replies-Well Idrees our Dream ....just think once...India -Pakistan--bangladesh--Nepal--Bhutan--Tibet--Srilanka--these 7 countries should combine together and should be named as one country whatever name it may be and become the super power in the world leaving USA much far behind.Inthe world of hatered can't we give one such example of unity
And Idrees our fight was with the British Rule....throught the country INDIANS were treated like DOGS...Indians were not allowed to enter certain places...Indians were not given the Top positions in British goverment..we were forced to go against our religion..

Think once Idrees... if The Hero of Independence Mangal Pandey..would not have been forced to remove the cover from the cartridge of gun the fight of INDEPENDENCE would not have started.....
and Idrees our fight was with the British Rule not with the British Army....and all i find till date that Militants in kashmir have made this movement of yours the fight against INDIAN ARMY only... none of kashmirirs are jealous of INDIANS...they only want INDIAN ARMY to move .. not INDIANS

We ask u one question... do u personally hate INDIANS...i bet u u don't.. b'coz u don't have any reason to hate INDIANS...may be its possible that under the influence of Militants and their misguidance u have developed hatered against INDIAN Army

But Idrees think once...if Indian Army moves from Kashmir... terrorists and pakistan will take no time to capture Kashmir...please yaar how can u all be so rude towards ur own countrymen INDIANS

butta khoja ji,are these the real defination of kashmir that these people gave here.if its so then i strongly understand ,why INDIANS of kashmir are diverted towards the terrorists.ok lets start from the history- The Mauryan emperor Ashoka is often credited with having founded the city of Srinagar. In the 14th century, Islam was the dominant religion in Kashmir.Kashmir's economy is centred around agriculture. Traditionally the staple crop of the valley was rice, which formed the chief food of the people.
Jammu and Kashmir, is a state of India, located in the northern part of the Indian subcontinent in the vicinity of the Karakoram and western Himalayan mountain ranges. Friends believe us -there are many other issues rather than getting diverted towards selfish terrorists groups--To all educated Indian Kashmiris -i appeal- come forward and think of improvement,Thinking for environment is too far b'coz i find the basic thoughts missing but believe us the pollution that has captured the plain areas is soon going to capture Kashmir, u remain in a delimma,its rather better to fight for currouption -the road that shri ANNA HAZARE showed inspite of fighting for giving Kashmir in hands of few Terrorists groups.ok fine now tell us-WHEN will kashmiris think of development and education, please don't waste ur time .think education-think environment-JOIN US-

The upcoming city of Greater Noida........may be very soon would beat the most developed cities like chandigarh and bangalore.......book a flat in greater noida if u wish to be a part of this hi-tech city.....sounds too good...........This city had been developed on one of the best farming fields.The industries here proves themselves to be environment-friendly......Friends -Development can't be stopped ...there will be no Chipko aandolan(a movement for saving Trees) in future...We cannot deny the fact that technology has played a major role in the destruction of our environment though it has been a boon at several instances,now its high time that technocrats come up to rectify what they had destroyed.They should take the initiative,if we could do anything for our own environment it will be a satisfaction that we did something to save our environment without waiting for the Goverment to do so.
Let Technocrats from every branch of study take up some of few activities to re-frame our environment and following this We Team TeamImm Converted menbers are stepping ahead to engineer the fields
