It was wayback in the year 2001 when moserbaer was in installation phase at its Greater noida Plant.Then we never knew that we will work here for the next 10 years.now its 2013.Ups and down are the part of life...we saw many...but stability of the organisation was so strong that even the Recession period passed as if nothing happened in the world.many Industries collapsed... lots of hue and cry on kingfisher issue....and we were busy in Plastics moulding machines and other related issues.

   TeamIMM was led by shri S.C.Juneja in the way back 2003...installation stage and stability phase...followed by Shri Ravinder Singh......Shri rajkumar singh...shri Sunit bhati..(Division of Team IMM -DVD and CDR)....by then we were Team IMM.

Team IMM converted took birth with the introduction of new leader our Boss- Shri Vineet Sharma in the year 2009.. shri vineet sharma....from Harayana INDIA led the team and successfully gave the result in the conversion process.resolving conflicts...support...motivation..training......a quality of our boss.Vineet sir is still there with us right from the birth of Team IMM converted.

  Now that we have utilised more than 10 years in Industry we feel that we have our responsibility towards the world too.We TeamIMM converted believes that Technology to some extent is responsible for the destruction of the environment... and now its high time that technocrats from all over the world should join to Save our Environment along with the development.....

to all those who read this on web ... pls spare a moment to think about what changes u can bring in ur daily work to protect our environment.......
Its too late friends ......ozone layer destruction...forests being cut down...and the very big example of ............"Gauraiya" the bird loved and seen by every one every where is missing in most of the towns.gauriya is dieing due to the mobile towers...yes Goverment had made plans and successfully implemented ...but it was too late.. Government of any country cannot do anything...citizens needs to be aware and We the Team IMM converted feels that since our Environment is affected by the Technology therefore its the responsibility of the Technocrats all over the world to pay back to Environment and make our Earth as lovable as ever

  Carbon fiber-reinforced polymer-CFRP..is frequently used for this purpose.Recently developed composite films called Polymer-Single Wall Carbon Nanotube Composites have desirable properties in addition to light weight for example radiation resistance, a key issue in long-term crewed spaceflight, resistance to atomic oxygen, which is valuable in low-Earth orbits such as that used by the International Space Station, and tear resistance, valuable because of the hazards of meteorite strike and space debris.
  When free of vinyl (PVC or polyvinyl chloride) and other halogenated polymers, CFRPs can be thermally decomposed via thermal depolymerization in an oxygen-free environment.
  To ensure BVID does not cause delamination resulting in structural failure,composite aircraft components are often designed with a factor of safety of 3 or more

Team IMM converted moserbaer ..........a group of  Plastics Engineers from different states of INDIA. a perfect example of an Industrial Team.....experienced in almost every plastics material and expertised in Polycarbonate.Every member of this Team is having experience in conventional moulding.The past experience of this Team has been in the high tonnage moulding machines.....it was way back between the Year 2001-2003 ...when Moserbaer India Limited was expanding with the introduction of a new Plant,  a  manufacturing facility in greater noida INDIA.

Written test followed by Interview and selected candidates were for the first time brought into the world of Robotics.We all were having experience in high tonnage Injection moulding machines ... manufacturing TV cabinates...automobile products.....Electronics parts...switch gears....before entering into the world of Polycarbonate, our members were bussy with materials such as ABS,PMMA,HIPS,GPPS,HDPE,LDPE, nylon, and other Engineering plastics .... masterbatches  etc..our members came from industries like...Mothersons, MINDA, Showpla,supreeme industries...vimal moulders..anchor ,prince Plastics,  TATA Plastics,Neelkamal plastics...Eveready Industries...calcom..,incotech,,.,,,and other reputated plastics Industries...

Here we got a perfect working atmosphere...and the company inspired our members to study further and continue our education along with our Job....and as a result most of our members who entered as an Engineer completed their their MBA -(Master of Bussiness Administration) from different recogonised Universities of INDIA.Also our members took courses in the field of plastics to get more specialised and remain updated with the rest of the world.
